An optional next step

Optional neighborhood postcards

For eligible New Jersey events, neighborhood mail is being prepared as a separate service. It needs original property photos, a verified return address and at least eight calendar days in the property’s time zone.

This timing applies to postcards, not to exploring the kit. Pricing is not set. Postcard ordering is not open.

Before you begin

A few useful
things to know.

Can I start an open house now?

This is a preview. Hosting and postcard ordering are not yet available here. You can explore the sample kit and choose your listing to see its current availability. Choosing a listing does not create an event or place an order.

Do I need a REDBO listing?

The planning path starts with one of your own listings. If you are adding a home, you can begin the existing listing setup first. A draft needs to be ready and active before it can be used for an open house.

Who will be able to see guest details?

The intended access is for the host and verified connected partners. Owning the listing does not automatically give someone access. Guest check-in is not available in this preview; sharing choices and access controls must be ready before real details can be collected.

Are neighborhood postcards included?

Postcards are an optional mailing service being prepared for eligible New Jersey events. Pricing is not set, and orders are not open. You will need the event, original property photos and a verified return address to be eligible. Mailing requires at least eight calendar days in the property’s time zone. This timing applies to postcards, not to exploring the kit.

Is the sample connected to a real property?

No. The invitation, event page and welcome screen are illustrative samples. They do not create an event, publish a link, collect a guest’s details or send mail.
