Refund & Cancellation Policy

If we do not deliver

We confirm service availability in your area after purchase. On MLS and Virtual packages, if we can't serve you, you get a full refund within 24 hours. For anything else, refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic.

Partner agent

If you move to a professional-led package, cancellation follows the terms of that package and, after signing, your listing agreement.

Instant service activation: key parts of your package may be activated when you buy. No refunds on active MLS listings after you have signed the listing agreement and the listing is live. Credits are delivered immediately and are not refundable once granted. A Featured Boost is nonrefundable once it starts.
